  • Muscle re-education to improve patterns of movement and body awareness
  • Education on self-care strategies for what you can do to help yourself for the present and future
  • Modalities for pain relief including cryotherapy, electrical stimulation, moist heat, and ultrasound
  • Mechanical Traction for the cervical spine and lumbar spine
